1. Services

Party Speakers India provides speaker rental, DJ equipment rental, karaoke services, and event sound services in Mumbai and nearby areas.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm booking.

• Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date.

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 7 days before event: Advance refundable (minus processing charges).

• Cancellation within 7 days: Advance is non-refundable.

• Date change is subject to availability.

4. Damage & Responsibility

• Client is responsible for any physical damage to equipment during the event.

• Any repair or replacement cost will be charged to the client.

• Equipment must not be moved or handled without our team’s permission.

5. Time Extension

• Rental includes agreed number of hours.

• Extra hours will be charged additionally.

6. Power & Setup

• Client must ensure proper electricity supply and safe setup area.

• We are not responsible for power failures at venue.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Party Speakers India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
